🌱 NEW HOBBY 🌱 I've been story posting about my spouting adventures and I've gotten so many questions! I read "The Spout Book" by @dougevans and just started two weeks ago! Now I'm here with massive amounts of sprouts for every meal I eat! I mainly use a mix called "Broccoli and Friends Sprouting Seeds Mix" by Todd's Seeds. It's Broccoli, Clover, Radish and Alfalfa. I soak seeds in jars and drain. Then rinse twice a day and keep covered from light. 4 days later I have giant hairball tangle looking masses of pure health and power! Sprouting is easy, low cost, interesting, and super healthy! I wish I was doing this 10 years ago! Let me know what you think below!

Trimming down! Back down to 230 lbs! Added a few walks after meals. Reduced eggs in breakfast from 6 to 2. Weighing a meal here and there. Random morning cardio whenever I can't go back to sleep. This one means a lot to me! I really care about ring muscle ups but I haven't been able to do them in years due to arm tendonitis and other stuff. Been managing pain, failing it over and over, and working pieces of it trying to get it back and I JUST GOT IT! YES!
