Facing Homelessness (@facinghomelessness)

Randy lives homeless in this Suburban. He was put into Foster Care at the age of four, on a farm in Eastern WA, as many boys were back then, it was free labor for the family, Randy was bucking hay by 7 yrs old. He also had his feet tied to the bed end-post, shoes&socks removed and feet beaten with a belt till he could no longer feel them. He said, “It wasn’t called abuse back then, it was called discipline.” Randy didn’t choose that life anymore than I did mine, our lives are set randomly in motion, a start we then play out for the rest of our lives. Be kind to those struggling, we have no idea how each of us starts out. Rex #kindness #facinghomelessness #justsayhello
